Dear Mr. Juan T. Ammona,

As we have discussed and heard your side regarding your job as the
Maintenance Supervisor and after an extensive review and consideration, we are sorry
to inform you that the company has reached a decision terminating your employment
with us effective December 15, 2018.
Unfortunately, your position should be vacated due to the reason that your skill
and knowledge are not fit for the job much less maintain the equipment as the
company need someone who is able to operate and maintain ultra-modern mining
equipment.
From December 15,2018 on, you won’t be eligible for any compensation or
benefits associated with your position. However, you are entitled to your salary up
until December 15, 2018.
