goal 1

Applied the log rotation policy on 1000+ of servers of JCMS and other projects to
minimize the task of teammates during the shift. Also, applied various methods and
commands to track down the health of the servers
Reconfigure some of the servers for the KDUMP and aerospike services for the better
and appropriate monitoring of the servers.

goal 2

simplify the installation process of the services through the ansible script and
through simple bash scripts, now it is much easier and less time consuming to apply
the various task like
manual log rotation, installation of various packages on servers.

goal 3

Maintain the SLA of the ticket and follow up them during the shift. Also,
coordinate/communicate in much proper way to the end user via email or call in case
of some more specific requirements needed on the ticket.
Also, provide the handover of the tickets/tasks in a much proper way like through
google chat/hangout to avoid the miscommunication between shifts.
Forwarded the issues in much proper way to IDC, DB team or the end user in much and
informative way to reduce the communication gap.

goal 4

Automate some of the services like aerospike,telegraf installation steps, log

rotation scripts, installation of some of the packages on Gaana servers in a more
proper way.
Made the scripts as per the requirements like continuous ping request on server or
java memory consumption and many more as per the requirement of project and users.

goal 5

During the shift, worked in a proper way in handling the emails by maintaining
their SLA and urgency as per the requirement.
Informed/update the spokes within the timeframe to reduce the impact of the website
down issues.
Also, handled the issues of the by heartbeat like URL down, ping down, ssh issues
in the more proper way without breaking the SLA.

goal 6

Worked in a more proper way like by providing the logs through Kibana, logstach in
much proper way and through graphical representation as requested.
Provide more and exact solution for servers/websites flickering issues. Share root
cause issues to the spoke or chat room during the website down issues
