Stapled on the 1st page and below the husbands photograph
2. Visa application of child/children signed by parent and 1 biometric
picture with white background
3. Husbands “Meldebescheinigung”/German registration certificate
4. Copy of spouse`s / family member`s residence permit or copy of of
spouse`s / family member`s German / EU passport.
5. Applicants passport page 1 and 2 and of previous passports also +
stamped pages
6. Applicants ID card
7. Passport pages 1 and 2 of child/children + stamped pages
8. Husbands passport page 1 and 2 and all pages with stamped pages
9. Birth certificates:
- applicant
- children
- spouse / family member in Germany
10. FRC
11. Nika Nama in Urdu
12. English Translation of Nika Nama
13. Marriage Certificate from Nadra
14. Divorce Certificate if applicable

take the child abroad, if applicable
