AlphaCell™ 85GXL- HP Battery

Dear Valued Customer,

Alpha Technologies, Inc. is discontinuing sale of the AlphaCell™ 85GXL-HP battery. Alpha is extending you this last time buy
opportunity, after which we will no longer be selling the AlphaCell 85GXL and it will be removed from active distribution. Last time
buy purchase orders must be received no later than April 15th, 2016 and customers must take delivery by May 15, 2016.

The replacement for the 85GXL-HP is the AlphaCell 100XTV battery, which provides 6Ah more capacity at a 20 hour rate in the
same BCI group case size. See below for technical comparison between the two batteries.
