    Lasip Natiional High School will be joining the Bagoong Festival on Friday , January 25 ,
    2019. In line with this , we are respectfully asking permission to borrow 1 bus ( free of gas ) to
    serve as our service ( from Lasip to Lingayen town proper and vice-versa )for our participants
    on the said event.

    Rest assured that the vehicle would be properly taken care of and would only be used
    for the above- mentioned purpose.

    Your approval to lend the vehicle will be very much appreciated.
