Teachers in the 21st century have to consider many strategies and approaches they can to give the best

and quality instruction to the learners.

Teacher and student relationship plays a crucial role in the attainment of quality learning. If an invisible
gap is between a teacher and a student, learning is blocked. Therefore, teachers must open doors to
accommodate free flow of academic interaction inside the classroom.

What should a 21st century teacher have to ensure better services to the senior high school learners?

A teacher should be flexible. Teachers must be flexible in a way that he knows the personality of the
learners, their style and intelligences and be able to craft strategies and techniques on how to attack
them. Knowing your student is the basics of good relationship.

A teacher must be creative. One strategy will not always be applicable and effective to all and at all
times. A teacher should have many strategies in his pockets and adjust to the situation.

A teacher must be firm and soft. He must be firm in a way that rules should be strictly imposed and
implemented but soft still to consider situations.

With these few of the many qualities, better learning is guaranteed.
