Important Instructions regarding Project File:

1. This is just a format of Practical Project report. You can change it as you like,
keeping same order.

2. You can change language and you can add your own concept.

3. Design the Project Report any way, like Microsoft Word, Coral Draw or
Photoshop. Here I have given just a format in Microsoft Word but for
printing on digital paper they prefer Coral Draw or Photoshop.

4. Take photos of your works which you can use for Project Report.

5. Print 2 copies of Project Report, one copy for CBSE/school and another copy
for you. This will be an asset for you, which you can produce it as your
achievement for SKILL DEVELOPMENT. You will submit a C.D. of total project
report with your name details written on CD for school record.

6. You can print all pages with inkjet in A/4 size or digital print on thin sheet in
A/3 size and cut into two A/4 size.

Or you can print 2 set photographs and paste on prescribed well typed
format.

7. You can make Hand written Project report and paste the photographs.

8. Keep OHP sheet from top and bottom and staple it from side, then nicely
paste brown or black cello tape over it on staple part. Don’t use stick file or
file stick which makes one side thick.

9. All works should be original. You can give previous works photographs (if
required) also to make it more attractive.

10. Better project file will give better impression about you. And it will

be lifelong asset for you.

11. Before final print show rough print to me.

12. Get it signed timely.
