Branch Over all Observation and Group Presentation ( Here, they must indicate if
the Training Meet/Does not Meet their expectations
Submission of Feedback Forms from Branches ( Supervisior and SM) and
Evaluation
Identifying the Strength/s and Weakness/es of Trainees
Assessment of actual Training with OM/HRM/ExecCom
Deployment to Branches of “Passed” trainees
Notes:
Temporary ID will be issued. Ex: MT-Fresh SH in Week 4.
Week will be under Training Allowance
Week 2 -8 will be on regular rate
Store Managers, Asm, SH and Dept. Supervisors are responsible during Training
