1. the equipment in the ambulance car 118 for emergencies is oxygen cylinders, suction,
tension meters, suction hoses, wash basins for washing hands, cabinets for placing
medical devices, action lamps, infusion hangers, brangkar, air conditioners, bins and
rotary lights.
2. while for the equipment in the ambulance, the patient will be delivered to patients who
are not in an emergency situation, namely air conditioning, brangkar, large oxygen
cylinders, rotary lights and trash bins.
A. how to order an ambulance, namely:
1. if an emergency you can call 118 or 119. then ask the operator to send an ambulance

and explain the patient's condition to the operator whether emergency or not.
2. if you need an ambulance to refer the patient or take the patient, you can come to the
emergency room or inpatient staff. then the emergency department officer will explain
the purpose why the patient needs to be referred. after the family agrees, the
emergency room staff will make a breakdown of the medical costs and ambulance costs
and make a referral letter. after the family has paid all the costs and received a referral
letter, the emergency department will check the patient's readiness and immediately
contact the ambulance officer. if it's ready the ambulance driver will contact the
emergency department officer. then emergency department staff will take the patient
to the ambulance.
