Affordable Medical Access for all

Concept:
● Transform 700 district HQ hospitals into medical centres
through PPP
● Hub & Spoke Model: Private industry to adopt a PHC  train
HC professionals, upgrade technology, improved patient
outcomes

Time Bound Action Plan:


● Tender out 200 district HQ hospitals by December 2017 and
balance 500 by June 2018.

Healthcare Centers of Excellence

Concept:
● Create 20 Medical Free Zones (“MFZs”)  that attract medical
tourism (telemedicine, e-consult, telepathology, teleradiology
etc)

Time Bound Action Plan:


● Allocate land for 20 MFZs by December 2017 and bid out to
private parties by March 2018
„Inclusive Tourism‟ New IT Revolution of India

Concept:
● Notify 100+ new tourism zones in under-developed areas.
● Ease of tourism
● Develop each zone to highlight aspects of its appealing culture
and/or activities (ex: Aquamarine Agatti, Enduring Dhola Vira)
● Encourage aspects unique to “Brand India” such as Ayurveda,
yoga, spa & wellness

Time Bound Action Plan:


● Jointly create Promotion Bureaus per zone to promote, skill and
fast-track clearances.
Branded Indian Goods & Services
Design, Produce and Market unique Indian products

Concept:
● Empower artisanal communities  Set up 10 innovation
districts where entrepreneurs and designers live, work and
play

● Cooperative models by industry  connect artisans to


marketplaces using digital platforms
“Skillanthrophy”
Bring Pride into skilling.

Concept:
● Recognize hours dedicated to skilling as trainers (SEVA -
Social Empowerment through Volunteer Action)
● Start skilling as a compulsory exercise from class 6th - skill
schools for senior secondary and higher secondary.

Time Bound Action Plan:


● On 12th January, 1 Million hours to be spent on reskilling by
business leaders
