● Create 20 Medical Free Zones (“MFZs”) that attract medical
tourism (telemedicine, e-consult, telepathology, teleradiology
etc)

● Notify 100+ new tourism zones in under-developed areas.
● Ease of tourism
● Develop each zone to highlight aspects of its appealing culture
and/or activities (ex: Aquamarine Agatti, Enduring Dhola Vira)
● Encourage aspects unique to “Brand India” such as Ayurveda,
yoga, spa & wellness

● Empower artisanal communities Set up 10 innovation
districts where entrepreneurs and designers live, work and
play

● Recognize hours dedicated to skilling as trainers (SEVA -
Social Empowerment through Volunteer Action)
● Start skilling as a compulsory exercise from class 6th - skill
schools for senior secondary and higher secondary.
