The Motivational Drives. It means what really is driving you?

And how can you drive

others? In this Topic, David McClelland
has a theory which there are 3 main motivation drives. The first is the need for
achivement, second is the need for affiliation
and the last one is the need for power? Before we move on and start with our 3 main
drives. Can I ask first, What motivation drives you? (TANONG KA SA MGA CM MO SINO
SA KANILA DRIVER DJK. TANONG KA KUNG ANO SILA DYAN SA TATLO BAGO KA MAG EXPLAIN)
Maybe some of you are still not familiar with these drives so I'm explaining it
right now.

The First Motivation Drive is "Need for Achievement". This are kinds of people who
are always interested to improve themselves. They want to become faster, smarter
and more productive day by day.
It's like they cannot stop this so called "self-development process". They're
always eager for achievements and enhancements.
As you can see, almost every honorable mentions in classes has this kind. They
thrive to study and learn more rather than going out and do parties or play games.
But I'm not saying that this "need of achievement" is just to ACHIEVE SOMETHING
ACADEMICALLY. In today's era we had lots of athletes and e-sports players.
If they want to be the very best of their kind of thing, it also means they have
this "Need for achievement" drive.

For our next Motivation Drive, it'll be "Ned for Affiliation". Now this is straight
to the point motivation. This kinds of People are being driven by their afiiliates.
What does this mean? It means They rather want to join they friends, meet new
people, and go out and have some fun with others. They are becoming happy and more
productive as they go out with their affiliate/s.
In short example: If there's an ongoing class and some of your friend invites you
and said "Hey let's play some game, we should not go to class cause its just plain
boring plus the professor is not teaching what he must", Then you quickly answered
without hesitation " YEAH! Let's go out and have some fun! Invite others too!". Now
this means you care more and you do more with your affiliate because you rather
lose something but not your friends/loved ones.

Then for our last Motivation the Need for Power. Now this one is very complicated.
Some of you might think that you have this kind of drive, but think twice maybe you
do not!
Because this kind of drive is for the people who wants a great influence, they want
to control others, they want to be in high status, they want to discipline others
aswell as subordinate them. Maybe they could also have some leadership because they
want to be the BOSS of their thing/s. This kind of people also gains pleasures and
happiness from their vertical career developments. And ofcourse they want to manage
others because they're literally being driven by "POWER". for a great example....
The bad politicians. They will send lots of death threats or even! Kill somebody
just to take the throne. They had a bad habit of controlling and paying others just
to do their jobs. They want to gain power more and more each day as they live.
Being driven by power is not bad... But the process of getting the "POWER" is not
likely to be good. Especially if those people couldn't get what they wanted.
