Ayat:

Tauheed:

‫الزكَاة َ َو ُه ْم َرا ِكعُون‬ َّ ‫سولُهُ َوالَّذِينَ آ َمنُواْ الَّذِينَ يُ ِقي ُمونَ ال‬
َّ َ‫صالَة َ َويُؤْ تُون‬ ‫َما َو ِليُّ ُك ُم ه‬
ُ ‫ّللاُ َو َر‬

Your guardian is only God, and His Messenger, and the believers who
perform the prayer and pay the alms while bowing down.

ْ‫احدْ ِإلَهْ ِإلَ ُهكُم‬

ِ ‫َو‬

Your god is One God

AKHIRAT

َّ ِ‫ّللاُْ َح َّر َمْ ف َقَدْ ب‬

ُْ‫اّللِْ ي ُش ِر كْ َم ن إِنَّه‬ َ َْ‫أ َنصَارْ ِم نْ ِل لظَّ ا ِل ِم ينَْ َو َم ا ْۖالن َّا ُرْ َو َم أ َو اهُْ ال َج نَّة‬
َّ ْ‫ع لَي ِه‬
Verily, Allah has forbidden Paradise for one who associates with Allah and his
refuge will be the Hellfire. There will be no helpers for the wrongdoers.

“Verily!ْThoseْwhoْbelieveْandْthoseْwhoْareْJewsْandْChristians,ْandْSabiansْ
––whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day and does righteous good deeds ––
shall have their reward with their Lord, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they
grieve.”

“Thenْ(again),ْsurely,ْyouْwillْbeْresurrectedْonْtheْDayْofْResurrection.”

“Everyْsoulْshallْhaveْaْtasteْofْdeath.”
And the sun and moon will be joined together by going one into the other

Zakat:

Charities shall go to the poor, the needy, the workers who collect them, the new
converts, to free the slaves, to those burdened by sudden expenses, in the cause
of God, and to the traveling alien. Such is God's commandment. God is
Omniscient, Most Wise.

“AndْgiveْthemْofْtheْwealthْofْAllahْwhichْHeْhasْgivenْyou.”ْ[An-Nur: 33
 Those who believe and lead a righteous life, and observe the Contact Prayers
(Salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), they receive their recompense
from their Lord; they will have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.

Your real allies are GOD and His messenger, and the believers who observe the
Contact Prayers (Salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and they bow
down.

"Say your prayers (Namaaz) and pay Zakat".

Terrorism:

If anyone slays a person- it would be as if he slew all people. And if anyone saves
a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all people.

It does not behove a Prophet that he should have captives until he engages in
regular fighting in the land.

You may fight in the cause of GOD against those who attack you, but do not
aggress. GOD does not love the aggressors.

If they refrain, then GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

Jihad:

“VerilyْAllahْlovesْthoseْwhoْfightْinْHisْCauseْinْrowsْ(ranks)ْasْifْtheyْwereْaْ
solidْstructure.”
“Oْyouْwhoْbelieve!ْWhenْyouْmeetْ(anْenemy)ْforceْtakeْaْfirmْstandْagainstْ
them and remember the Name of Allah much (both with tongue and mind), so that
youْmayْbeْsuccessful.”
“Soْdoْnotْbecomeْweakْ(againstْyourْenemy),ْnorْbeْsad,ْandْyouْwillْbeْ
superior (in victory), if you are indeed (true) believers.
· The Holy Prophet (PBUH) says:
“Paradiseْhasْoneْhundredْgrades,ْtheْdistanceْbetween each of the two grades
is like the distance between the heaven and the earth, and these grades Allah has
reservedْforْtheْMujahidinْwhoْfightْinْHisْCause”ْ(Al-Bukhari)
“AnyoneْwhoseْbothْfeetْgetْcoveredْwithْdustْinْAllah’sْCauseْwillْnotْbe
touched by the Hell-fire.”ْ(Al-Bukhari)
“Allah’sْMessengerْ(PBUH)ْsaidْaboutْtheْMartyres:
“Thatْallْtheirْsinsْandْfaultsْareْforgiven.”
“ThatْheْcanْintercedeْwithْAllahْforْseventyْ(70)ْofْhisْfamilyْmembers.”
“Thatْheْwillْnotْfeelْtheْagoniesْandْdistressْofْdeath.”
 “Thatْheْwillْnotْbeْhorrifiedْbyْtheْ(great)ْGathering

Moral system of Islam:

Remember your Lord much and glorify Him in the evening and the morning.”

And on God should you rely and trust if you are believers.”

“O you who believe…. Do not follow your low desires (the whim of your soul).”
“It (Paradise) has been prepared for those who suppress their anger.”

“One who has knowledge can never be equal to the one who is ignorant.”
“Surely God commands you to make over trusts to their owners.”
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice
Sources of law:

“TheْmonthْofْRamadhanْ[isْthat]ْinْwhichْwasْrevealedْtheْQuran,ْaْguidanceْ
forْtheْpeopleْandْclearْproofsْofْguidanceْandْcriterion.”
O you who believe Obey Allah, And obey the Messenger, And those charged with
authority among you, If you differ in anything among yourselves Refer it to Allah
and His Messenger

“ItْisْrighteousْtoْbelieveْinْAllahْandْtheْlastْdayْandْtheْangelsْandْtheْbookْ
andْtheْmessengers”

“Andْestablishْprayerْandْpayْtheْpoor due commandments about the fasting

andْpilgrimageْtoْtheْHouseْofْGodْareْprescribedْinْtheْholyْQuran”.
“Oْyouْwhoْbelieve!ْFastingْisْprescribedْtoْyou”
“CompleteْHajjْandْUmrahْinْtheْserviceْofْGod”

Qiyas:

“And Verily! We have coined for mankind in this Quran all kinds of similitude that
happily they may reflect.”
“Will they then not meditate on the Quran, or are there locks on their hearts?”

a. In Hadith:

“I decide with my own opinion issues that have not clearly been explained by the
Revelation.”
Ijmah:

“Andْ thoseْ whoْ striveْ inْ ourْ cause,ْ weْ willْ certainlyْ guideْ themْ toْ ourْ
paths.”

“Andْwhoseْaffairsْareْaْmatterْofْcounsel.”ْ

“Andْconsultْthemْinْaffairsْ(ofْmoment).”ْ
Hadith

“Theْdifferenceْofْopinionْamongْtheْlearnedْofْmyْcommunityْisْaْsign of
Allah’sْgrace.”
“Myْcommunityْwillْneverْagreeْuponْanْerror.”
“Assembleْtheْlearnedْfromْamongْtheْbelieversْandْconsultْeachْotherْandْ
doْnotْdecideْonْtheْopinionْofْoneْperson.”
Ijtihad:

To those who exert we show our path

In the creation of the heavens and earth and alteration of days and night are
signs for men of understanding
Prophet is reported to have said, `When I do not receive a revelation (wahy) I
adjudicate among you on the basis of my opinion.'

Social system of Islam:

Help ye one another unto righteousness and pious duty. Help not one another
untoْsinْandْtransgression.”
(Al-Ma’ida:ْ2)

“BeْthouْkindْevenْasْAllahْhathْbeenْkindْtoْthee,ْandْseekْnotْcorruptionْinْ
theْearth.”
(Al-Qasas: 77)

Moreover, the Quran says:

“Andْspyْnot,ْneitherْbackbiteْoneْanother.”
(Al-Hujurat: 12)
Political system:

“Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: ’I will create a vicegerent on earth’”
Economic system:

"Those people, who when they spend, are neither extravagant nor miserly but
keep the golden mean between the two

Bewareْtheْsinsْthatْareْnotْforgiven…ْOneْofْthemْisْtoْdevourْusury.

Allahْhathْpermittedْtradeْandْforbiddenْusury.”

Doْnotْdevourْanother’sْpropertyْwrongfullyْ– unless it be by trade based on

mutual consent.

And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend not in the way of Allah;
announceْtoْthemْaْpainfulْchastisement.”

“Heْwhoْtakesْmoneyْfromْpeopleْwithْtheْintentionْof paying it back Allah will

pay on his behalf, and he who takes it with the intention to waste it Allah will
wasteْhim.”

“Whoeverْmonopolizedْisْaْwrongdoer.”ْ[Muslim].

“The Messenger of Allah (saw)ْforbadeْthatْaْfoodstuffْbeْmonopolized.”

Women:

And when the female (infant) buried alive - is questioned, for what crime she was
killed."

"And we have enjoined upon man (to be good) to his parents: His mother bears
him in weakness upon weakness..."
Moreover, the Qur'an has a special recommendation for the good treatment of
mothers:
"Your Lord has decreed that you worship none save Him, and that you be kind to
your parents. . ."
