Describe the process known for the purification of our souls/hearts? Why do you think that
our souls need to be purified? Discuss your answer with the references from Quran and
Hadith.

Answere:

Taskiyya

tazkiyyah is simply the cycle of cleaning of the heart/self. In the Quran, Allah (SWT) has sworn on
numerous occasions, which show the significance of His case/articulation which comes after swearing.
What's more, generally, in the wake of swearing, He discussed the tazkiyyah. As in Surah Ash-Shams
subsequent to swearing, He stated,

"Fruitful is he, who filters himself and annihilated is he who demolishes himself".

[Surah Ash-Shams: 9-10]

Allah (SWT) says,

"Effective is he, who filters himself; And recalls the name of his Lord and supplicates."

[Surah Al-A'la: 14-15]

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said that, "there is a bit of tissue in your body if that is acceptable,
everything is acceptable, however in the event that that is terrible, at that point everything is awful" at
that point he stated, "it is your heart".
One of the researchers, Ibn al Qayyim stated, "that your heart resembles a cooking pot and the tongue
is a spoon that takes out the stuff which is cooking inside".

Consiquences :

• Our profound heart dwells in our actual heart. Allah (SWT) has utilized the word Qalb in Quran on
better places. For example Allah (SWT) says,

"They have hearts wherewith they comprehend not". [Surah Al-Araf: 179]

Concept of Quran:

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran,

“The Day where neither wealth nor sons will benefit. Except him who brings to Allah a sound (clean)
heart”. [Surah Ash-Shua’ra: 88-89]

Kinds of people There are three sorts of individuals that Allah (SWT) specifies in Surah Baqarah. In the

Blind Hearts

Allah (SWT) says in Quran

“Verily, it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts which are in the chests that grow blind”.
[Surah Al-Hajj: 46]
