a. You receive a low review from a buyer who you didn’t know was unhappy. What do
you do?

b. A buyer reaches out about an item they want to return. Your policies state that you
don’t accept returns. How do you respond?

c. Your buyer asks to cancel an order. What do you do?

d. What do you do if you cannot fulfill an order within the processing period? What if
you cannot fulfill 10 orders?

e. A buyer contacts you saying the item they received is not what they expected. What
do you do?
