Rules of Debate :
- For the 1st 2nd and 3rd speaker the time keeper will knock once at the 1st and 6th minutes, and knock twice at
the 7th minutes. And after 7 minutes and 20 seconds if the speaker doesn’t stop the speech, the time keeper
will knock continuously until the speaker stop the speech.
- Between the 1st and 6th minutes of speech, opponent team are allowed to give POI (Point of Information). The
speaker is allowed to accept or refuse the POI. The time given for each POI is 15 seconds
- For the reply speaker, the time keeper will knock once at the 1st and 3rd minutes, and knock twice at the 4th
minutes. And after 4 minutes and 20 seconds if the speaker doesn’t stop the speech, the time keeper will knock
continuously until the speaker stop the speech.
