Dear colleagues,

Please find below the deadlines for the deposi on and the defenses of the final year projects in BE and the Masters’ theses for the
semester 201810.

The Gxx596 and Gxx691 will be programmed during the final exam period between December 15 and 19 a er 5:00PM or at any day me
between December 20 and 22.

For Gxx697 and Gxx692,
‐ Students have to submit their reports to the examiners by December 11th 2017.
‐ Examiners are asked to give their assessment by December 18th 2017.
‐ Defenses should be scheduled between 20 and 22 of December 2017.
‐ Students will have the Christmas holidays to correct their report and print a final version (with CD, poster, etc.) which has to be
submi ed on January 3 2018.

Internship reports can to be submi ed by December 5, 2017.
