conducting its General Assembly on November 17, 2023, 1:00-4:00 PM.

The General Assembly aims to bring together our members for important
discussions, updates, and collaborative planning for upcoming activities. We
anticipate the active participation of our student body in making this event both
informative and engaging.

The agenda for the said event will be:

1. Revision of By-laws
a. Discuss and finalize amendments to the By-laws.
b. Prepare the revised By-laws document for submission to NFJPIA
before the membership renewal deadline.
2. Program Design Reading
a. Review and discuss the program design for upcoming activities.
b. Seek input and suggestions from members regarding the proposed
activities.

We believe that addressing these agenda items is crucial, especially considering the
nearing deadline for the renewal of NFJPIA membership.
