    I am Irhon G. Abriol, class President of Bachelor of Secondary Education English 1.
    I am writing to request permission in conducting an extension project in Barangay Bagtong,
    Salcedo, Eastern Samar. The said project aims to enhance the literacy skills of Elementary
    School Students residing in Barangay Bagtong.
    Aside from being a requirement in NSTP CWTS II, we believe that the undertaking of this
    training program will be beneficial to the community. Lastly, we believe this can also help for
    the AACCUP accreditation and are excited to conduct the activity.
