Subject: Collaboration Invitation for Sports-Related Extension Program

I trust this letter finds you well. My name is Ms. Floieh M. Quindara, currently enrolled in your
College under the Master of Arts in Physical Education. I am writing to extend a formal invitation
on behalf of Pangasinan State University (PSU) Sta. Maria’s Bachelor of Elementary Education
(BEEd) department. We are excited to propose a collaborative extension program with
Namagbagan Elementary School in Namagbagan Sta. Maria Pangasinan.

The aim of this initiative is to implement a sports-related extension program of our campus that
will significantly contribute to the holistic development and well-being of the students at
Namagbagan Elementary School. Scheduled to commence on December 7, 2023 at
Namagbagan Elementary School ground. PSU Sta. Maria, in conjunction with the BEEd
department, is enthusiastic about designing and conducting engaging sports activities that will
not only foster physical fitness but also promote teamwork, discipline and overall character
development.

We believe that the inclusion of DMMMSU’s MAPE program will further enrich the program,
bringing specialized knowledge and resources to enhance the sports-related activities. This
collaboration aims to create a positive and lasting impact on the students, contributing to their
well-rounded growth and development.
