CAN YOU REACH YOUR FLAG?
• The players should form two teams with an equal number
of players, where one team plays defensive and guards
the other team against passing the lines.
• The two teams make up the guards and the runners
(passers). The guards assign a player to the lateral line in
the middle of the rectangle and the other players on each
horizontal line.
• The objective of the runners is to get across to one end of
the big rectangle and back without being touched or
tagged by a guard.
• By reaching the one end you should pick your assigned
color of flag as a symbol that your team is ready for the
next station.
Welcome to Sack Race!
LEARN ABOUT THE FILIPINO CULTURE THROUGH PLAY

• Each person puts both feet in the sack, and must keep at
least one hand on the sack at all times.
• On the mark, participants begin hopping towards a
marked point and back, tagging the next person in their
team.
• Then, the next person gets into the sack and repeats the
course.
• The last person to come to the end must pick his color
flag.
• The first team to complete their flag wins.
The Art of Pabitin
LEARN HOW TO PLAY LIKE A PRO

The best way to understand this type of word game is to think about it as “first
letter, last letter” or “last letter, first letter.”

• Category will be on the pabitin.

• The first player will pick a paper and names a word that fits in the topic, like
“sandwich.”
• The second player must then name a word that starts with the same letter as the
last letter of the previous word. “Sandwich” ends in H, in this example. So, the
second player has to choose a word that starts with H that fits in the category.
“Hamburger” would work.
• The next player continues the word chain. “Hamburger” ends in R. Suitable
words that start with R may include rice, raisins, or radicchio.
• If a player cannot come up with an appropriate answer, then they are “out.”
• The game continues until only one player remains
