(Station 1)
Warm-up
Warm-up helps get the body
ready for aerobic activity. A
warm-up the heart and blood
vessel, also called cardiovascular,
system. It does this by raising the
body temperature and increasing
blood flow to muscles.
Arm-circle
It involves extending your arms to the
sides and drawing small circles in the
air with your hands.
Overhead Jacks
A conditioning exercise performed from a
standing position by jumping to a position
with legs spread and arms raised and then
to the original position.
Butt Kicks
This involve kicking your shins back behind you to touch your buttocks with the
bottom of your foot.
Run in Place
To move your legs as
if running, while you
stay in one place
LUNG TAP
Stand straight with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and
raise your arms to the sides
