A blessed day!
The NSTP is a program that develops the ethics of service and patriotism
in youth to increase civic consciousness and defense preparedness. It is
mandated by Republic Act 9163 that students must undergo this program.
This second semester, we, the University of Luzon NSTP-CWTS First Year
AB 1 – Block 1 class will be having our first community immersion in Bacayao
Sur Elementary School, as our partner community. Our project entitled
Project PEN (Proposing, Enlightening, And Nurturing of Knowledge for Children)
aims to hold a 10-day lecture series on Literacy and Health Care Education
every Monday and Tuesday for Grade 6 students. The lecture series will take
place in the school after their afternoon classes from April 24, 2023, to May 23,
2023. The lecture series will last for one hour per day.
This is an excellent opportunity for your child to learn new things that
will benefit them when it comes to enhancing their thinking, writing, and
vocabulary skills, and making arts and crafts. With that being said, please be
advised that your child's safety is our top priority during the program. In this
case, we hope that your child will be able to participate in this project.
