DAY 1
During the immersion program, the participants engaged in various activities over the course of 10
days. They started with a flag ceremony and focused on individual tasks such as creating portfolios,
practicing group yelling, and performing silent drills. Each day involved reflection sessions, cleaning
the premises, flag retreat ceremonies, and signing attendance forms.

DAY 2
On day 2, they participated in a walkathon, followed by formation exercises, another flag ceremony,
and area cleaning. They also attended a career talk and worked on a garden. Similar activities
continued.

MARCH 30,2023

DAY 3

on day 3, including a march, a flag ceremony, cleaning assigned areas, reciting mission and vision
statements, and practicing basic commands.

APRIL 03,2023

DAY 4

Day 4 involved a walkathon, formation exercises, a flag ceremony, basic commands, area cleaning,
gardening, and basic self-defense training. They also prepared for a program and had discussions
with a guest speaker. Similar activities were repeated

DAY 5

On day 5, along with house cleaning and a flag retreat.

DAY 6

On the 6th day, they participated in a walkathon, formation exercises, a flag ceremony, a career talk,
and basic drills. They also engaged in house cleaning, a flag retreat, and reflection sessions.

DAY 7

On Day 7 followed a similar pattern with a walkathon, formation exercises, a flag ceremony, career
talk, and house cleaning.

APRIL 13,2023

DAY 8

Day 8 consisted of a flag ceremony, formation exercises, basic commands, a tour of the police
station, and house cleaning.

APRIL 14,2023

DAY 9

On day 9, they had a walkathon, career talks from STI College and the BFP (Bureau of Fire
Protection), formation exercises, recitation of mission and vision statements, and house cleaning.

DAY 10

Finally, on day 10, the immersionists prepared for their performance. They prayed before starting
and everyone gave their best. The group bonded well throughout the program, and their hard work
paid off as they emerged as champions, bringing them great joy and a sense of fulfillment.

Overall, the immersion program involved a combination of physical activities, learning sessions,
career talks, and community service, resulting in personal growth, teamwork, and a rewarding
experience for the participants.

What I learned is how to respect and how to get along, I also learned to recognize other people,
because not everything around you is tre to you, I learned to be stong so that I can continue my
dream, because this immersion is just the beginning, it’s necessary I adjusted myself so as not give
up in any difficulty, I also learned how to get along and make friends with anyone I know, I made
many friends since the immersion started, because we are always together in the difficulities of what
immersionists do of the criminologists, besides, I learned to follow whaever I was told, that’s all, as
long as I know that I’m happy in the worls of immersion even though it’s hard and tiring.
