A blessed day!
We are the Association of Competent and Aspiring Psychologists, the academic
university organization of all psychology students studying at one of the top universities in
Laguna in terms of discipline in their chosen profession, the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines - Santa Rosa Campus. Our organization aims to promote Mental Health Awareness,
and one of our advocacies is to help people realize the importance of mental health not only in
their personal routine but also to and with the people around them. Every year, we strive our best
to have a collaborative community to promote mental health using healthy mindset and practices.

It is in this respect that we would like to extend our interest to invite you to be our
sponsor at our upcoming event entitled ACAPaskuhan: Handog ng mga Sikolohistang Iskolar
ng Bayan on December 16, 2022 in partnership Shepherd of Faith SpEd Center as part of the
organization’s outreach program this coming Christmas season. We believe that with this
sponsorship, we can help each other in promoting awareness about our initiative and dedication
in fulfilling the social responsibility of giving light to mental health which is underrated in a

Project Summary
Since the pandemic, ACAP is unable to conduct any outreach activities due to a huge risk
of COVID-19. Yet as the restrictions were lifted, the organization decided to resume creating
activities that can surely benefit the community. Accordingly, ACAP would like to organize a
community outreach program in partnership with Shepherd of Faith SpEd Center. The date of
this project is scheduled on the 16th of December 2022.
The main objectives of this program are stated as follows: (1) To contribute back to
society by supporting and uplifting children who have special needs in education; (2) To
strengthen the relationship through community service and to embrace the harmony of
teamwork; and (3) To relive Christmas in everyone's hearts with ACAP officers and children of
Shepherd of Faith SPED Center.

Program Flow

People Involved
The project is expected to benefit 40 students who are currently enrolled in the special
education center. They will be assisted by their parents or guardians (40) and teachers (7). There
will be at least 40 organization members who will be present in the event excluding the ACAP
officers (12) and their associates (5) and the organization adviser (1) to oversee the
implementation of the program. Overall, there will be an estimated 132 to 150 people who are
expected to attend the event.

Budget Proposal
Due to the lack of funding from the previous years until now, the organization is on a
strict budget management. The proposed total budget is Php 8,000.00 which will be allocated in
four aspects of the event.

Food Php 4,500.00

Gifts Php 1,500.00

Prizes Php 1,500.00

Decoration Php 500.00

TOTAL PHP 8,000.00

Sponsorship
With the help of sponsors, ACAP can provide a better experience for the children in the
event period. All sponsorships will be highlighted during the promotional period of the project
including the use of your company logo or your name in publication materials to be posted in the
organization’s social media accounts, and in documentation and reports that the organization
needed to submit in the university. Any representatives from your company or on behalf of the
sponsors are mostly welcome to attend the event so that the officers can thank you personally for
your support.
