Greetings of Peace and Development!

The undersigned are BS Psychology students of Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology,
Iligan City. Presently, we are enrolled in Psych 21 (Developmental Psychology), of which one of the course
requirement is for us to be exposed and immersed in the individuals who are under the stage of Puberty and
Adolescence. Moreover, we are required to complete at least thirty-six (36) hours in your institution to observe
and conduct activities you deemed necessary and relevant.

We will start our deployment from October 24 to November 11, 2016 with the following schedule:

Monday: 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Tuesday: 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Thursday: 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

In this connection, we would like to ask your good office to allow us to have our deployment and conduct
research activities in your institution. The experience and training we will learn will surely contribute to our
personal and academic growth. Moreover, it will give us the opportunity to apply our knowledge and skills in
