I am interested to apply psychology master’s program specializing in “work and organizational

psychology and human resources, starting in 2020 academic year. Social sciences and psychology have
led me to pursue a bachelor of psychology at university of Muhammadiyah Malang. My personal
interest influenced me to choose future career Human resources analyst becomes my career choice in
the future (My personal interest influenced me to choose Human resources analyst as my future career
choices). (it is because I want involving) I chose it because I want to involve in crucial role for my country
that will play in the global era by considering the condition of social environment in country and future.
I also want to give consultancy (consultation) for several national organizations and profit or non-profit
organizations to improve people competence or human resources competences (improve people or
human resources competences).

During my undergraduate study, I have been exposed to a great variety of psychological theories and
since then I strived to upgrade my theoretical comprehension and research skills through academics and
research activities. It was very rewarding and challenging. But as a result, my research was chosen to be
published by the journal psikologi (psychology journal) of the faculty psychology (faculty of psychology),
Islamic state university of sultan syarif kasim riau. This research is about the effect of family functioning
of new student social adjustment. This research led me to better understand the important role of the
social environment in the lives of others. So that I become increasingly interested in social issues This

Besides my highly interest in academic research, I also improve my skills in communication, leadership,
and social networking. During college, I participated in various activities and organization. On campus, I
am (was) a member of the university’s students executive board and the muhammadiyah student
association. Outsite (outside) campus, I had participated in various volunteer activities such as volunteer
for Asian games 2018 and Indonesia 2018 asian paragames (such as Asian Games 2018 and Indonesia
2018 Asian Para games). Being active in organizations has (organizations have or organization has)
helped me improve my organizational skills, especially managing people and socializing with people
from various backgrounds and ethnicities or countries.

The reason I want to study……. Because of the high quality educational system that combines academic
excellent and research. Based (on) learning system for the core elements of students I believe the
education system in…… will always provide (a) great insight and innovations in the social field both
theoretically and practically. I fully understand that I will gain knowledge about it by studying with
prominent professors and researchers who is teaching at the University of Romania.

I confident that (without that using,) if an opportunity is given to me,(.) I will succeed and be able to
complete the study within stipulated period of time, it base on commitment that I have been built up
since study (studied) in the university as well as a high interest in the field of social science and

I AM INTERESTED TO APPLY PSYCHOLOGY MASTER’S PROGRAM SPECIALIZING IN “WORK AND

SCIENCES AND PSYCHOLOGY HAVE LED ME TO PURSUE A BACHELOR OF PSYCHOLOGY AT
MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF MALANG. MY PERSONAL INTEREST INFLUENCED ME TO CHOOSE
HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST AS MY FUTURE CAREER CHOICES. IT IS BECAUSE I WANT INVOLVING IN
CRUCIAL ROLE FOR MY COUNTRY THAT WILL PLAY IN THE GLOBAL ERA BY CONSIDERING THE
CONDITION OF SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT IN COUNTRY AND FUTURE. I ALSO WANT TO GIVE
CONSULTATION FOR SEVERAL NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND PROFIT OR NON-PROFIT
ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE PEOPLE OR HUMAN RESOURCES COMPETENCES.

DURING MY UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES, I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED A LOT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL THEORIES

AND STRIVED TO UPGRADE MY THEORETICAL COMPREHENSION AND RESEARCH SKILLS THROUGH
ACADEMICS AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES. IT WAS VERY REWARDING AND CHALLENGING. AS A RESULT,
MY RESEARCH WAS CHOSEN TO BE PUBLISHED BY THE PSYCHOLOGY JOURNAL FACULTY OF
PSYCHOLOGY), ISLAMIC STATE UNIVERSITY OF SULTAN SYARIF KASIM RIAU. IT STUDIED ABOUT THE
EFFECT OF FAMILY FUNCTIONING OF NEW STUDENT SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT. THIS RESEARCH MADE ME
BETTER TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE LIVES OF
OTHERS. THUS, I BECOME INCREASINGLY INTERESTED IN SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES.

BESIDES MY HIGHLY INTEREST IN ACADEMIC RESEARCH, I ALSO IMPROVE MY SKILLS IN

COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, AND SOCIAL NETWORKING. DURING COLLEGE, I PARTICIPATED IN
VARIOUS ACTIVITIES AND ORGANIZATION. ON CAMPUS, I WAS A MEMBER OF THE UNIVERSITY’S
STUDENTS EXECUTIVE BOARD AND THE MUHAMMADIYAH STUDENT ASSOCIATION. OUTSIDE CAMPUS, I
HAD PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES SUCH AS ASIAN GAMES 2018 AND INDONESIA
2018 ASIAN PARA GAMES. BEING ACTIVE IN ORGANIZATIONS HAS (ORGANIZATIONS HAVE OR
ORGANIZATION HAS) HELPED ME IMPROVE MY ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, ESPECIALLY MANAGING
PEOPLE AND SOCIALIZING WITH PEOPLE FROM VARIOUS BACKGROUNDS AND ETHNICITIES OR
COUNTRIES.

THE REASON I WANT TO STUDY……. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH QUALITY EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM THAT
COMBINES ACADEMIC EXCELLENT AND RESEARCH. BASED ON LEARNING SYSTEM FOR THE CORE
ELEMENTS OF STUDENTS I BELIEVE THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN…… WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE A GREAT
INSIGHT AND INNOVATIONS IN THE SOCIAL FIELD BOTH THEORETICALLY AND PRACTICALLY. I FULLY
