ABSTRACT

Well Being, Working Condition and Innovative Work Behaviour on Honorary


Teacher in Indonesia

DESCRIPTION

The number of honorary teacher in Indonesia is 40% of the total of teacher in 2020
(Indonesia.go.id). But, the well being of honorary teachers is still a couse for concern. They
don’t get proper wages and capacity building facilities (cnnindonesia.com). This has impact
of the low quality of teaching and teaching motivation and be a factor of the low of education
quality in Indonesia. However, many studies have shown the opposite, such as research from
Gunawan & Hendriani (2019) said that honorary teachers have moderate and high well being
scores and affected by stress due to working conditions. This research is interesting because
in the most of literature result that honorary teachers gets high and medium scores in Well-
being although the field shows otherwise. So, the aim the study is
