Greetings!

We at the Samahan ng Kabataang Boluntaryo ng Pilipinas, are writing to express our intent to invite
the (Name of the Partner) as one of the partners for the upcoming Kahon ng Karunungan Project that
will be held at Landayan Elementary School this (Exact Date of the Project).

Who we are
The Samahan ng Kabataang Boluntaryo ng Pilipinas, also known as SKBP, is a youth-serving
organization that enables, empowers and nurtures Filipino youth volunteers and organizations to
secure a sustainable, fueled, and purpose-driven volunteerism for the Philippine citizenry.
Many educators and students alike, particularly the public schools such as Landayan Elementary
School, are faced with unprecedented challenges that raise their greatest concerns due to the
disruption caused by the pandemic. Financial difficulties, lack of resources and poor study
environment are among their greatest concerns.

What the Project is all about

Hence, our organization has decided to support our selected school, Landayan Elementary School
of San Pedro, Laguna and organize Kahon ng Karunungan Project. It aims to help marginalized
children of selected public school by providing them with school supplies and hygiene kit. This
set of goods will be placed in a recycled shoe box or carton which will serve as its container.
Alongside with the donation drive, there will be a series of activities and discussion that will be
conducted by the team. Further, as part of our benefactor and beneficiary agreement, the target
school will also integrate in their classes the principle of environmentalism and encourage their
students to plant the seedlings that we will include inside the box. With this, the students will not
only receive help from us, but will also have a chance to give back in return by learning how to
preserve nature and live a sustainable lifestyle through as simple as planting and growing.

Attached with this letter is a list of partnership packages your organization may choose from at your
convenience. We believe that your organization sees the value of this project and it would be our honor to
work hand in hand with you as we make Kahon ng Karunungan Project possible for our beneficiaries.
With our hand-in-hand cooperation, we can help more students and have them empowered and motivated
to learn amidst the pandemic. In these trying times, your aid will definitely help us to make this project
even more successful, allowing us to help not just the student, but the parents and school administrative
who shouldered this burden due to the pandemic.
