Dear Honorable Ponce:

Greetings!

In line with the objectives of the National Service Training Program being offered in our college, our Civic
Welfare Training Services (CWTS) classes are hereby required to adopt a community/barangay within the
Municipality of Pateros for our various community programs and activities for this semester.

It is our honor to invite you as partner-barangay for the said program. A cluster composed of around 20
students will be assigned in your community for the implementation of the planned community extension
projects. The program will run from February to March this year. The following program outline/activities
will be expected:

 Environmental Scanning / Community Situational Analysis and Survey

 Meeting with Barangay Officials and the community
 Planning and Coordination of programs/actions/activities
 Implementation and Monitoring of the community extension projects
 Assessment and Evaluation of the community extension projects

The names of the student-volunteers are attached. They will be supervised by their respective NSTP
Coordinator/Instructor.
