Figure 1.0 shows the conceptual framework which consists of the independent-

dependent variable. The independent variable is the cause. Its value is independent of other

variables. In this research and it includes the Distance Learning Factors namely: Support

System, Technical Support, Course Design, and Course Content. On the other hand, the

dependent variable is the effect. Its value depends on the changes in the independent variables.

In this research, the dependent variables consist of the Personality Development Factors which

includes Biological, Cultural, Social, and Physical and Situational.

The researchers will do the data gathering by getting input from Grade 6 Pupils in Selected

Elementary Schools of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija for the SY 2020-2021, researched related literature

studies through internet then plan, do interview and survey then analyze the data that have

been gathered which will be resulted to effects of distance learning during high pressure

situation in personality development of grade 6 pupils in selected elementary schools of Cabiao,

Nueva Ecija for the school year 2020-2021.
