I. Introduction
1. Chamber structure
The chamber is composed of a top cover, a working chamber, a cooling and heating room and a
bottom chamber. The top cover is equipped with a computer controller strong electroplax, and the
top cover panel is equipped with a computer controller weak board, which includes a liquid crystal
display, an indicator light and an operation button. In addition, the top is also equipped with a
power switch, network interface, and fuse. There are LED panels on the side of the cabinet, and a
temperature sensor is installed in the cabinet. The cooling and heating room is located below the
working room, and the left and right (or front and rear) are respectively connected to the entrance
and exit of the working chamber of the studio. The indoor is equipped with an evaporator, an
anti-condensation blunt shunt, an electric heating tube and two circulating fans to work. The room
is heated or cooled, and the thermistor is equipped with a thermistor for overheat protection and a

bimetal temperature protection switch. The bottom chamber is equipped with a compressor, a
condenser, a cooling fan, an instrument incoming junction chamber and a fuse.
3. Chamber description:
1. Key Description:
(1) When parameter setting or menu operation, select the parameter to be modified;
(2) Check the icon you want to work with.

2. Specific operation
Turn on the power, close the power switch, The startup screen displays 10 seconds to
automatically jump to [Function]
Detailed instructions for each function in the menu are given below:
(1) Continue run
Just press the [OK] button during startup or running, then enter the screen as shown below or wait

for 10 seconds (as shown below)
In the [Continue] interface, press [OK] to jump to the [In-Progress] (as shown below)
Display the real-time situation that is currently running. The [TimeLeft] circle flashes to indicate
the countdown operation; [curPd] indicates the running time period; [TotPd] is how many working
hours are set; [Temp.],[Lux] indicates the real-time temperature and illumination of the current
operation. Press the key to observe the ambient and protection temperatures under
current operation and the current time.
In the [Function] interface, you can use the key to move the arrow. The arrow stays
that you can press [OK] to enter, press the [OK] button to enter the [Proc Set] interface, and then
you can enter the temperature, Lux, and work hour. Time and multiple time periods can be set.

In this interface, you can press the number keys to set the required parameters one by one. The
flashing position of the cursor is the current digital input. The parameters that can be changed
include temperature and running time. After setting the required parameters, press [OK] button.
Save the set parameters (as shown below)
Note: The maximum time cannot exceed 999 hours. If [-] appears when the temperature is set,
please change the [+] number when you re-enter any number from 1-9. Because this controller can
set 99 time slots.
The function of shifting time is to modify the set working time of the process. For the
modification of the current running time, it is necessary to change from [Pd. S/W] to [Process
switching] (as shown in the figure below).

The function of the process switching is to switch from the current working period process to the
other working time process, and if you want to switch to the required process, you need to press
[OK] from the [Proc S/W] to enter the process switching interface. (As shown below)
In this interface, you can change the current running time period by pressing the button,
cut to the current time period you need, press [OK] to switch to the new time period, and return to
the running interface to view the information parameters of the time period.
(5) Parameter settings
Since the equipment is rigorously tested before leaving the factory, it is not recommended for the
user to enter the settings. If the environment is not good when used, the outside temperature is too
low or too high, which will cause the display value to be inaccurate with the actual temperature
inside the chamber. If it exceeds the index range, the after-sales service personnel can guide the
operation, the system time and the factory reset can be With this setting, once the factory settings
are restored, the system parameters will be restored to the factory parameters. Press [OK] to
confirm the save modification information and change the initial password to [888888].

V. Precautions and troubleshooting
1. Precautions
(1) The temperature deviation exceeds ±2°C alarm;
(2) When the touch switch is short circuited, it will alarm;
(3) When the temperature sensor is off or short circuited, it will stop alarm and stop heating and
cooling;
(4) The working temperature of the working temperature is above 60°C to stop heating;
(5) The temperature of the heating chamber is higher than 65°C, the protection relay is closed, and
the heating power is cut off;
(6) The chamber suddenly does not work. Please check whether the fuse tube (after the chamber)
is burnt out and check the power supply.
(7) The load-bearing shelf in the chamber has limited load. It is recommended that the weight
control of each layer is best within 10Kg;
(8) After the chamber has landed, if the ground is not flat, it should be flattened;
(9) In order to ensure personal safety, the ground wire (E) of the power socket should be
connected to the earth;
(10) When the chamber is in normal operation, the placement of the load in the chamber should
not affect the air circulation to ensure uniform temperature and humidity inside the chamber;
(11) The chamber should be placed in a cool, dry, well ventilated place away from heat and
sunlight. Place it smoothly to prevent vibration from generating noise;
(12) The surface and inner wall of the chamber should be wiped frequently to keep it clean;
(13) If the chamber is not used for a long time, unplug the power cord to prevent the chamber
from injuring people, and open the chamber door to keep the chamber dry. It is necessary to run it
for 1 to 2 days according to the conditions of use to avoid aging damage of some devices. ;
(14) When the temperature is below 10°C, the ambient temperature should not be too high, and the
temperature difference between the inside and outside of the chamber should not exceed 20°C to

(15) If the chamber fails, it should be repaired by a professional or a manufacturer;
(16) The sterilization lamp is an ultraviolet lamp. When using the sterilization lamp, the operator
should remove the seed in the chamber, otherwise the seed will be damaged;
(17) If the accessories are common parts of the market, the warranty and performance
requirements are generally in accordance with the general requirements of the market and are not
included in the product warranty;
