Millet pumpkin soup

Ingredients
1 Cup Chopped Pumpkin

½ Onion Chopped

1 Tsp Garlic Minced

2 Tsp Chives

1 Tsp Basil Chopped

1 Carrot Chopped

3 Tbsp Millets

1 No’s Bread

Sunflower seeds

Salt & Pepper

Nutmeg Powder

Garnish- Organic Micro greens

1 Tsp Cream- Optional

Procedure

1. Wash all the ingredients before using, make sure you are using washed utensils.
2. Take pan and saute onions and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes than add carrots and pumpkin
cook for 3-4 minutes and caramelize it than add basil, Millets and 1 ½ cups of water and
cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes and bring it to boil.
3. Once the pumpkin is soft, Switch off the gas and pour the mixture into blender and blend it
until it is smooth.
4. Strain the soup with sieve into pan and cook further for 4-5 minutes.
5. Add seasoning and serve the soup with appropriate garnish.
