 A Role Play About Nursing Diagnoses in Hypertensive Patients

Narator : After conducting an assessment and with Mr. Felix, Nurse Angel returned to the
nurse's room to submit the results to Nurse Elfrida.

Nurse Angel : Good morning Nurse, I am Nurse Angel would like to report the results of Mr.
Felix's assessment with his medical diagnosis of hypertension. So, please make a
nursing diagnosis.

Nurse Elfrida : Good Nurse, thank you.

Narrator : After reviewing Mr. Felix, Nurse Angel returns to the nurse's room to submit the
results to Nurse Elfrida. At that moment the two nurses began to formulate a
nursing diagnosis with other nurses in the room.

Nurse Elfrida :Nurse Angel, from the results of the assessment Mr. Felix complained of feeling
pain in this fist (opened the results of the assessment).

Nurse Karlin : Nurse Angel, can I see the results of Mr.Felix's review.

Nurse Angel :Of course you can, please nurse.

Nurse Karlin : From the results of the assessment found, the patient's activity is still assisted by
the family.

Nurse Ertyn :So, what diagnosis should we take regarding the results of the assessment? Can
we take a diagnosis of activity intolerance related to physical weakness?

Nurse Indah : But we must look back at the priorities.
