This is Andrea Magbanua and I’m here to discuss the essential keys to effective
communication. But before I proceed, let me tell you why is it important to have an effective
communication. Are you wondering why many relationships of (any kind) end up being ruined
while some are still going strong? For example, why some couples end up marrying each other
and live a happy life while others don’t, or why some employees stay in their companies and
promoted while others are kept on resigning, or why there are social problems, hurt feelings, anger,
and even violence. Well that’s because of communication between people who are involved.
According to Michael Page in year 2019, effective communication is an essential tool in achieving
productivity and maintaining strong, lasting working relationships at all levels of an organization.
It means that the unique ability of people to speak and communicate could create a strong bind
between individuals and at the same time it could be destructive. This is the reason why in
communicating, where the primary purpose is to convey our thoughts, intentions and objectives,
