Krystel’s Almond Crusted Chicken Breast with Mustard Sauce:

Almonds & Chicken are rich in Protein = feel full and lose weight at the same time.
WHAT YOU NEED:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup almond meal (chopped almonds)
1 cup creme fraiche LIGHT
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon almond meal (chopped almonds)
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoon cooking oil (canola, coconut or sunflower)
WHAT TO DO:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Add 1 cup almond meal to a
shallow plate and dredge the chicken through it.
In a large pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken for about 4 to 5 minutes per side or until
golden brown.
In the same pan add the creme fraiche, mustard, almond meal and oregano. Bring to a
boil and stir constantly.
After the sauce comes to a boil cook for 2 more minutes.
Add sauce to chicken breasts and enjoy.
