Krystel’s Flat Belly Diet Plan

Step 1: Measure your Belly (cm) widest area


Women’s Ideal measurements: 88cm

RULE: Regulate Your Insulin!

Breakfast: (everyday)
- 2 eggs (or 4-5 egg whites)
- 1 piece (slice) oat or soy bread
- ½ Grapefruit

Snack:
- Handful of Almonds (10-12)

Lunch:
- Chicken Breast (no less than 150 gr) (Butterfly)
- Broccoli
- Artichokes

Snack:
- 3-4 cubes Dark Chocolate
- OR pumpkin seeds (Unsalted)

Dinner:
- 2 pcs la7me (meant) (no less than 150 gr)
- Mixed greens (lettuce, ba2le, rocca)

Can Replace Proteins with: Tuna, Salmon, Fish Fillet
