- ½ Grapefruit
Snack:

Lunch:
- Chicken Breast (no less than 150 gr) (Butterfly)
- Broccoli
- Artichokes
Snack:
- 3-4 cubes Dark Chocolate
- OR pumpkin seeds (Unsalted)
Dinner:
- 2 pcs la7me (meant) (no less than 150 gr)
- Mixed greens (lettuce, ba2le, rocca)
