BREAKFAST 1 (6:00am)
water, apple cider vinegar shot, chlorella pill, 3 egg whites, 2 eggs, lean meat
(salmon or turkey)

BREAKFAST 2 (10:00am)
water, 4 egg whites, rice, lean meat (salmon or turkey)

SNACK (11:00am)
protein shake w almond milk, banana, spirulina, mct oil, vegan protein powder,
dates, almonds, pb2 powder, spinach, black berries

LUNCH 1 (12:00pm)
water, avocado, sweet potato, broccoli, pork, quinoa

LUNCH 2 (3:00pm)
water, avocado, sweet potato fries, broccoli, pork, quinoa

SNACK (4:00pm)
goji berries, apple, protein bar, carrots

DINNER 1 (6:00pm)
water, steak, asparagus, broccoli, red potatoes, kale salad, quinoa

DINNER 2 (9:00pm)
water, salmon, rice, asparagus, spinach salad

SNACK (10:00pm)
protein shake w almond milk, banana, spirulina, mct oil, vegan protein powder,
dates, almonds, pb2 powder, spinach, black berries
