the fog of battle, in real combat you get tunnel vision and are only aware of
your immediate target right in front of you. you must use an action to
declare a perception check to scan the battlefield or notice something going on
that is not right in front of you
(3) perform each predetermined action - time cost: # ticks = base action cost +
(PAC mod(physical actions) or MAC mod(mental actions))
(4) if all predetermined actions have been performed or you want to change any of
your predetermined actions go to (2)
