Paraphrasing: Cause of Stress & Stress management in youth.


Stress is basically our mind and body’s reaction to the particular situation whether the responses
may be real or imagined, threatening the event or any change that causes an impact on person’s
psychological and physiological health.
Stress and young generation, not only young generation but adults have a very strong
relationship among them. Where there is a stress there is a stressor, stressor may depend on
physical factors, environmental factors, biological factors and psychological factors.
Many researches have found that there are academic and institutional stressors that includes
peer relationships, assignments, quizzes, pocket money, family problems. Beside this, exams
stress is one of the biggest cause is that not only disturbs students physically but also mentally
because it directly put negative impact on students performances. Stress causes lack of
concentration, motivation, depression, high blood pressure, severe headaches, constipation, loss
of sex drive, tension, anxiety, loss of appetites etch are the symptoms that an individual is
facing. Other consequences of stress person starts frequent smoking, sleeping disorders occur,
& eating disorders. Although there are observational studies which shows that there are some
psychosocial factors and diseases that increases the stress level of the person.
There are many coping strategies for stress management i-e relaxation therapies,
breathing in and out therapies, and various strategies to overcome stress in order to manage the
time of study, sleep and extracurricular activities.
