Frequency Retune SOP in NetAct OSS 5.X

Doc Ver 1.0

1. Do CM UPLOAD to clear the DB Discrepency using CM Operation Manager.

2. Collect ZEEI,ZEQO,ZERO,ZEBI,ZEOL,ZEOH & OMCPAR Before

3. Check ADJacency in Source BSC and BORDER BSC.

� Telnet to BSC IP and run command ZEAT;
If there are found duplicate NCC+BCC+BCCH pairs -> Send the log to the Planning team to
correct or delete unnecessary ADCE.

4. Create Plan in XML format (Plan Should Be Merged Into One XML File)
Note : MAL ID creation should be created first in the BSC before frequency retuning is begin.

5. Login to NetAct -> Configuration -> CM Operation Manager

6. Importing XML Plan

File -> Import

Select the XML Plan File,Give the Plan Name in “New Plan Name:” and then click Start.

7. Provision Plan (Activate Plan As Background)

Choose Pre-Activate (Activate Plan As Background) and then click Start….Wait until finished
