intended to give you detailed information o n how various aspects o f the digestive system
work and areas that need improvement in your own body.

Brain:

When the brain is in lamed, signaling is impaired and functioning o f the digestive system
suffers. This in lammation can be from an in lammatory diet, head injury, mold, PTSD and
more. S ymptoms include c hronic constipation, c hronic maldigestion, and c hronic food
sensitivities.

The most effective combination o f supplements I’ve found for this is my I n lammation Repair
Kit . Take 1-2 doses o f each supplement per day.

Mouth:

Infections in the mouth can transfer to the gut and also take a toll o n your liver and immune
system.

For naturally disinfecting the mouth, even in dental cavitations, use o ur D entalcidin
toothpaste .

Stomach:

Suf icient stomach acid is a key irst step toward proper digestion through the whole GI tract.
Stress, medications, hypothyroidism and H. pylori infections are common c auses of low
stomach acid.

Please see the products in o ur H. Pylori Kit to combat H. pylori, soothe the stomach lining,
promote motility and promote healthy bacterial balance. Dosage is 1 MegaGuard with lunch
and dinner, 4 Mega IgG per day, 2 MegaSporeBiotic per day.

Liver/ Gallbladder:

Healthy production o f bile in the liver and its low to the gallbladder is an overlooked part o f
good digestion. Signs of poor bile low include trouble digesting fats, cellulite, and
trouble losing weight.

Your liver need suf icient B vitamins and o ther nutrients every day to work well, so take o ur
ONE Multivitamin . It will also help with hormone production!

Our LV/ GB Complex will directly course bile and support detoxi ication. It is an important
support at mealtime if you have no gallbladder. Take 1-2 per meal.


Pancreas:

The pancreas is an important site o f enzyme production for the proper break-down o f foods.
Aging, low stomach acid, brain in lammation and more can trigger low production.
Undigested food in the stool, bloating, and poor digestion of ibers may indicate the
need for digestive enzymes.

Our Terrazyme formula contains a broad-spectrum o f digestive enzymes plus some bitter
herbs. Take 1-2 caps before a meal.

And o ur bitters tincture is an easy, affordable way to increase enzyme production using your
body’s own response to the effect o f bitters. Shoot into your mouth, add to a little water, o r
make m y fancy drink .

Small Intestine:

The most common imbalance we see here, and quite commonly, is small bowel bacterial
overgrowth. The trademark symptom of this is daily bloating that gets worse and worse
as the day goes on.

Our Bye Bye Bloating Kit is an elegant, affordable way to combat this! You may want to pair
with a low FODMAP diet and continue the program for 2 months.

Large Intestine:

We have the most products in this section! In the large intestine, we focus o n killing
unfriendly infections, repopulating with friendly bacteria, and restoring the gut lining.

The best way to know for sure what you are dealing with through o ur G I-MAP stool test . This
test has dozens o f markers, including parasites, Candida, H. pylori, gluten reaction & more.

Healthy Gut Starter Kit - this basic kit has my two favorite products for repopulating the gut
with friendly bacteria and mopping up any die-off o r infection.

Gut Bug Kit - If you’ve recently gotten sick while traveling o r have a known bacterial infection,
this is a great kit.

Candida Kit - If you have a known case o f candida, this kit is for you! Candida’s hallmarks are
sugar c ravings , fatigue, swollen glands, bloating, and possibly skin rashes o r a coated tongue.

Parasite Kit - This kit is for known infections, o r you can do yearly as a cleanse. All my parasite
expert friends say we all get exposed and infected! Do for o ne month, take a week o ff around
the new moon, and repeat for another month.

MegaPrebiotic - It’s now known that the most important part o f feeding friendly bacteria is
feeding them good ibers to help them grow. M egaPrebiotic has been proven to greatly
enhance MegaSporebiotic in populating the gut with a variety of friendly bacteria.

It is not intended to cause bloating, but as so many people have a limited diet and intolerance
of ibers, you need to start slowly with this. Try a quarter dose in a large glass o f water s ipped
throughout the day.

MegaSporeBiotic - You will see this foundational spore-based probiotic in many o f o ur kits. Its
unique structure and well-tested bacillus strains will survive to the large intestine and then
direct the production of friendly bacteria while starving unfriendlies through quorum sensing.

MegaMucosa - This powder doesn’t taste great but it works well to soothe the o uter mucosal
lining o f the gut. If you are constipated o r feel sensitive as food passes, this can help. It can
also help restore immunity after a chronic infection and is indicated when low o n a G I-MAP .
Take 1 scoop in water per day.

Gut Restoration Kit (coming)- I designed this kit as a comprehensive gut overhaul. It covers
about everything, except it doesn’t o f icially address parasites.

It does address bacteria and yeast overgrowth, including in the small intestine, H. pylori,
mucosal healing, bowel movement, and enzymatic digestive support. Seeing how I put
together this protocol may be informative to you and your doctor creating your own as well.

Supplement Introduction Instructions


Please start a new supplement one at a time , at the lowest dose. For example, if o ur goal dose
is 2 capsules 2X day, Start with 1 capsule a day. If there are no adverse reactions, increase to 1
capsule twice a day the next day. As you reach the max tolerated dose o f o ne supplement, you
can then add the next.

Adverse reactions in the supplement word come from a few possible things, generally:

1. Overall immune challenge, making you sensitive to ‘everything’ (in these cases, you
often need to remain at a very low dose)
2. Die-off: as you kill bacteria, viruses, etc., you could feel lu-like, nauseous, bloated, etc.
We do not want this feeling, but sometimes we need to ind your edge by hitting some
die-off. If you are feeling die-off symptoms, increase binders (like G
.I. Detox and
Biotoxin binders ) and/or decrease the supplement that is causing die-off.
3. Empty stomach: some supplements are better tolerated with food.
4. Rarely you could have an allergic reaction to a substance.

Most supplement issues can be remedied by lowering the dose, adding binders o r taking
them with meals. If you are experiencing some very adverse reactions and can’t igure it o ut,
cease to take any questionable supplements and schedule a follow-up with your coach ASAP.

health coaches and not primary care providers. Please contact a local emergency facility if
you are having an emergency.
