1. Prayer
The teacher will ask somebody to lead a prayer.
2. Roll Call
The teacher will check the attendance through its classroom monitor.
3. Review
The teacher will ask one of the students to share what they did last lesson.
4. Setting of Standards
During classes, the students are expected to observe the following:
a. Participate during group activities.
b. Respect when the teacher or a student is discussing.
c. Sit properly and refrain from talking with seatmate.
d. Submit outputs on time.
5. Drill
The teacher will ask the students to answer the activity called “WORD MAZE.”
6. Presentation of the Lesson
Read the guide questions below and predict what our lesson is today.
a. What does literature reveal about Korean character?
b. What do they have as Koreans that help them cope with the challenges of modernity?

7. Activities
a. Task 1: Help Us If You Can
The groups will be involved in solving a simple problem. Leila and Leo are
having a hard time on choosing their traditional costume for the party.
The group will sketch the appropriate traditional costume each for Leila and Leo,
from head to toe.
b. Task 2: Beliefes Inventory

The following Beliefs Inventory is designed to expose unfounded or


unreasonable ideas or even judgment when it comes to the Koreans. Answer this
activity as sincerely and honestly as you can. Score each statement and take note the
sections where your scores are highest.

Remember that it is not a requirement to think over any item very long. You
are going to mark your answer quickly and then go to the next statement. Be sure to
mark how you actually think about the statement, NOT how you think you SHOULD
think.
