    IIT JAM PAPER PATTERN

    IIT-JAM paper has a total of 60 questions carrying


    100 marks. The entire question paper is divided
    into Three Sections A, B and C. All sections are
    compulsory.

    TOTAL => 30 MCQs (MULTPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS)


    Section A => Q1 – Q10 (1 Marks) | Q11 – Q30 (2 Marks)
    50 => Negative Marks (-1/3) | Negative Marks (-2/3)
    MARKS

    TOTAL => 10 MSQ (MULTPLE SELECT QUESTIONS)

    Section B 20 => Q31 – Q40 Questions (2 Marks Each)

    => No Negative and No Partial Marking


    MARKS

    TOTAL
    => 20 NAT (NUMERICAL ANSWER TYPE QUESTIONS)
    Section C 30 => Q41 – Q50 (1 Marks) | Q51 – Q60 (2 Marks)
