On the day of your joining you are required to submit the following:

1. Relevant copies of Academic Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation Passing Certificate) 2.

If Experienced; Copy of Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter/Resignation Acceptance
Letter and Salary Slips of last two months from Previous Organization.
3. Documentary evidence of Date of Birth (PAN Card) and
4. Address Proof (Smart Card / Voter ID/ Passport/ Bank Statement/ Rent Agreement/
Father’s Voter ID card/ Father’s Rashan Card/ Utility Bill) 5. Five passport sizes
coloured Photographs.

If on verification, at the time of appointment or at a later date it is found that you have
furnished wrong information, in such cases your services with the company will be liable
to termination without any prior notice.
