Toyota was a famous company in the world.

The business philosophy made


Toyota successful. They value customers and employees very much.

Guiding principles at Toyota told that they needed to respect customer‘s

language, spirit and culture. Undertake open and fair business activities to be

a strong corporate citizen of the world. Holded the local social activities which

contributed to local economic and social development. Tried to provide safe

and clean products. Created advanced technologies and provided good

services which products for customers. Had the training of corporate culture,

and improved personal creativity and teamwork.

Based on the development of business relationships who committed to

research and creation, achieving long-term stable development, coexistence

and prosperity.

(In) 2010 February, under the Toyota group’s lexus car factory(Lexus car

factory, which is under Toyota, made a lot of car [unexpected acceleration]

events and caused many casualties worldwide )due to pedals and food pads

which had some (defects of producing and designing).Toyota recalled those

car that had defect component?, totally recalled over 800 million vehicles.

This incident caused Toyota first deficit since world war 2.

Pursuing the root of problem and maing (it) improvement are Toyota business

philosophy. Faced this crisis, Toyota still insisted to find and solve the

problems, but the crisis was solved too slow for those victims. After this event,
Toyota company knew this time was insufficient. It also let them knew

previous success cannot let them success in the future.

Although this time they made some mistakes and let people lose confidence,

but Toyota still tried to recover the confidence and release safe product in the

future.

A company required employees to work and know how to let the employee

keep their loyalty and worked hard. Toyota gived employees benefits and

guaranteed to Toyota’s employees.

In 2018, Toyota committed to industries accidents and Occupational

disease, they continued to promote primarily” activities aimed at establishing

a safety-oriented culture” and “safety measures from human, object and

administrative standpoint based on risk assessment.”

After another company had an industrial accident in 2016, which was

explosed by combustible gas. Toyota checked all gas equipment immediately.

In the same year, Toyota participated health and safety regional meeting in

Europe and North America. (The meeting)They analysed how to prevent a

recurrence of an industrial accident. The final goal was building the highest

level of health and safety culture.

In order to prevent lifestyle diseases, Toyota conducts periodic health

education. It also has an annual health examination for staff, which included
physical fitness, the percentage of body fat, amount of fat around the internal

organs and give advice to improve their life. Toyota built a system which can

solve spirit health and return-to-work support. It got the successful and

positive results.

Toyota also concerns about female associates. Since 2016, they had held a

seminar. 1200 managerial staff attended it. The goal was to understand what

the female thought about their career path. They created the environment to

let the female staff balance between their work and child to achieve higher

level. In 2016 January and October, Toyota was rated by the Aichi Labour

Bureau as a “Female-Friendly Company”.

sun zi (大寫) said “The moral principle means that a monarch and subjects

have the same goal. They can live and die with each other without fear.”

Toyota knows how to let their customers feel good, also know how to treat the

staff. that is why toyota can be a good company in the world.
