1. The learner independently creates a plan of action that strengthens and/or further
develops his/her PECs in Computer Hardware Servicing.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
1. identify areas for improvement, development, and growth;
2. align the PECs according to business and career choice; and
3. create a plan of action that ensures success in your business or career choice.

3. Answer guide questions regarding PECs in group.
4. Discuss the Assessment of PECs and skills.

1. Assess the strength and development areas of every individual’s PECs by answering a
checklist.
