Significance of the Study:

Environment. In this study, we will be able to reduce the consumption of fossil

fuels due to its negative effect to our climate. Using these organic materials as an
alternative to the traditional way of thermal insulation which can affect the
environment in a negative way would be a huge help to diminish such problems that
we are facing right now.

Property Owners. Thermal Insulation is relevant specifically when it comes to

preventing infrastructure damages, building up of moulds, and reducing the
undesired heat input. In this case, property owners would benefit in terms of
thermal insulation having a big impact in maintaining the infrastructures, properties
and buildings.

Researchers. This study provides the researchers a greater awareness about some
negative effects of the traditional way of thermal insulation, how it works and
affects the environment. Thus, it will give them the idea to conduct a more detailed
research about this field to improve thermal insulating.

Insulation Companies. Through this, Insulation Companies will find an alternative

way in heat insulating that will cost them less than the usual way and still get the
same effect by using rice straws and wheat grass which are not harmful to the
environment.

Data Analysis:

This study used the description method, this involved the interpretation,
analyzation, interpretation and comparison in using Wheat Grass and Rice Straws as
a thermal insulator on water bottles and using the traditional way of thermal
insulating. This method also helps in determining the difference of using organic
materials that is wheat grass and rice straws as a thermal insulator and using
inorganic as a thermal insulator for water bottles.
