Greetings of peace, love and humility!

This is to ask permission from your good office to allow my daughter, Lizlie Collado, to take her second
quarter examination in all subjects in advance this week, particularly on October 17, 2019 because we
will travel going to La Trinidad, Benguet in the morning of October 18, 2019 to attend the wedding of
her cousin on October 19, 2019.

Please excuse him also for being absent that day because all members of our family will be attending to
the said wedding and if she will be left at home no one will take care of her. Another reason is, after
examination is the one week vacation of the 1st semester, if we’ll come back to Aritao, she cannot take
the exam immediately because it is your INSET Week and it’s a hassle on your part during submission of
grades waiting for her to finish her exam. So if it would be possible, we plead you to grant our request.

I appreciate and thank you for your positive response regarding our request. We assure you that no part
of the exam will leak and we take responsibility if ever an issue of leakage would happen.
