Introduction

“ Mable Skin Clinic includes 5 exclusive agencies in the city of Singapore. It offers medical

treatments and lectures to people about various skin conditions. His role expanded his clientele

in Singapore. The 5 Mable branches in different parts of Singapore handle customer inquiries.

Each branch is designated by two skin specialists. In addition to the treatment of common skin

conditions, these professionals have a differentiated area of expertise. Clients usually make an

appointment with the authorities that they consider suitable for their skin condition.

Increase the value of an organisation's customer service by providing important data and advice

before purchasing an item or management becomes critical. The motivation behind my report is

to show how a board database can help a Mable skin clinic use patient information to help them

more easily and to help institutions better monitor and plan. the schedule of repair interventions.

Problem & Concern

Mable management is concerned with the expansion of internal operational problems and

complaints from patients. The problems in question are set out below;

 More patients who have left the medical service and recently used online technology a

minute ago. This certainly caused asset disruption and waste, as experts and authorities

were not effective during this assembly room where the reserve was removed.

 The customer opposes the fact that the guide and data were removed from the database

prior to the organization of the restoration.

 Employees do not have a report to refer to.

 Management has problems with tracking customer information.

Tables

Total of 5 tables in the database have been created base on the entity types. Below is the

Customer table shown on Datasheet View. A Primary key that hold unique data from the entity

type.
6

It is through the structure that the choice of this key can be changed if necessary. Field names are

configured to limit incorrect print information during the revision and configuration process.

When the discriminating test is simplified, the accuracy of the precision is retained.

Queries

The query tool allows user to extract the specific data or information that follows a certain

requirements. Below is an example of a Booking List Query.

Enter clinic number that user want to query on.

The “All Access Objects” allows user to conveniently open table, do queries, use forms and

show report request.

Enter appointment date that user wants to query on.

Access will then generate the specific data that user wants to extract, as per below examples of

Booking List Query & Specialist Doctor Details Query.

Switching to the design view, allows user to see the relationship between the different entities

with the help of the normalize ERD. Base on the specific query requirements set, user could

customise the required data to suit the query request.

7

Forms

A framework allows customers to control the type of data used in a table and protects existing

information against unintended errors by customers. Below is a customer booking registration

form that is configured to enable the customer to enter customer information efficiently in the

required fields. Moreover, it enables the customer to effectively monitor records and thus make

changes to increasingly useful information.

Reports

The points in the database report have almost the same purpose as a search where the customer

can separate the required data, but not as a question where the data is presented in an unthinkable

setup. Reports on this situation take into account the age of the data embedded in an equally

satisfactory organization that can be read or printed on screen and distributed to multiple

customers.

The following is an example of a spare list report and a customer where the table contained the

print date, the page summary, and the sum of available digits, assuming that one exists.

Conclusion

The database structure eliminates excessive use of office work. A basic question enables the

customer to create data that explicitly needs this. Mable Skin Clinic could process customer

information tracking by executing the database structure because it is added to a more productive

workflow instead of paper documents.

8

Inside, the Mable database structure helps to focus better on matching, especially when the

facility has 5 branches in the city. A faster reporting age allows employees to be progressively

proactive, which can lead to update requests for patients to confirm appointments. Large

organizations with a customer base may need a gradually advanced database infrastructure. As I

noted earlier, database tasks are not always easy, especially with regard to careful organization

and understanding of the need for business work. Yet it is imperative to search for information.

carefully to establish an exact substance relationship. ”
