AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

That We, DENNIS CAMINADE AND PURIFICACION JAYME, Filipino, all

of legal ages and resident of Cadahuan, Brgy. Talamban, Cebu City, after having sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state.

That we personally know Alfonso Famador;

That he is the true and lawful owner of that parcel of land situated at Cadahuan Brgy.
Talamban, Cebu City, known as Lot 12006 per the approved survey plan for Macario Tudtud
where it appears the name of Mr. Alfonso Famador, a copy is attached for reference;

That the said parcel of land was surveyed and verified by Geodetic Engineer Espiritu M.
Juntilo dated January 13, 1993. While the Tax declaration No. 058-01380 indicates an unknown
owner, we are certain that the said property is owned by Alfonso Famador and that the exact area
was One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Square Meters (1,625 square meters) and more
particularly described as follows.

On the North by: Lot 11728 & Rogelio Caminade

On the East by: Hacienda Mandaue
On the South by: Hacienda Mandaue
On the West by: Lot 11740-part

That we are the owners of the land adjoining on the Northern and Western sides of his
property and that there is no conflict or legal encumbrances between/among us with respect to
said exact area boundaries;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth that the exact area of the land is One
Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Square Meters (1,625 square meters)
